Project Overview

Tackling the complex task of transitioning users from legacy systems to Best Case Cloud, I set out to redefine the sign-up experience. The challenge was the balance of verifying the user's identity securely without causing too much friction and confusion. Collaborating with the development team they advised implementing a simple GUID authentication method. By applying strategic, user-centered approaches, I designed a frictionless step-by-step onboarding journey—guiding hundreds of users to the cloud platform securely.
